Shipping Locations 

We currently offer delivery services to all pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available. 

Processing Time 

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Once processing is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant order details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Standard delivery typically takes between 3–8 business days, ensuring your fashion selections reach you within a reasonable timeframe. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery in such cases. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. 

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
