Cancellation Policy

In this policy, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Krimsons Orions Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We recognize that purchase decisions may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. The details of our cancellation process are outlined below. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever occurs first. 
• To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via email. 
• If the order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

At this time, changes to order items or delivery addresses are not permitted after an order has been placed. If eligible, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed.
